The Story

To Just Be was born from a search for stillness. It is a sanctuary created to remind us that our truest essence is found not in doing, but in simply being.

The Heart of The  Journey

I'm Lacey, I have an immense passion for wellness, spirituality and holistic approaches to wellbeing. My own wellbeing journey started with a need to find quiet in the noise, and To Just Be was born from this personal transformation, a desire to create a sanctuary where others could find their own centre.

My wellness journey was born out of an active childhood. I grew up a dancer with a Dad dedicated to martial arts, a yoga teacher and acupuncturist as an Aunt and a tarot-reading Grandma, so I have always been surrounded by people who encouraged me to look after my health and mind.

During my college and high-school years I found myself working through mental health struggles - low mood, OCD and anxiety - and having fallen out of love with dance I found myself feeling lost.

I started practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga as a way to manage my anxiety and upon discovering yoga the floodgates opened!

Through all of this I have learned that the most powerful thing in life is the present moment, and I have continued to expand my skillset in holistic practices so that I might help others to experience the bliss of simply being.

The Path of Simply Being

I believe that true wellness isn't a performance; it’s the gentle art of returning to yourself, and finding balance. To Just Be is built on simple values that are close to my heart: kindness, inclusivity, and the pursuit of peace.

Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time, seeking to expand your current practice further or explore new holistic approaches, I invite you to shed expectations and simply exist in the quiet power of the present moment.
