Service Description

Open / Mixed level vinyasa class for adults of any level or experience. Find your flow in an inclusive and non-pressured environment. Beginners are very welcome.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your place, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund (minus wix transaction fees). If it is later than 24 hours notice unfortunately no refund will be given. In the event that I have to cancel the class, a refund will be given (minus wix transaction fees). If this is your first time attending one of my classes, there will be a short waiver to complete upon arrival. Please ensure you arrive early to allow time for this, so we don't make a late start.
