Join me for a yoga class designed to help you reconnect mind, body and breath - focused on the Solar Plexus Chakra. 💛
This class is open to adults (18+) of any level, please bring along your own yoga mat, and optionally a set of yoga blocks.
In Yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic practices, the Solar Plexus Chakra - Manipura - translates to 'city of jewels'.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is believed to govern personal willpower, confidence, the element of fire and even digestion.
This yoga class is designed to help you connect with the energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra through a range of asanas (poses), and emerge feeling more confident, energised and empowered. Join me for an hour of mindful movement, in a tranquil and bliss outdoor setting.
