Join me for a yoga class designed to help you reconnect mind, body and breath - focused on the Sacral Chakra. 🧡
This class is open to adults (18+) of any level, please bring along your own yoga mat, and optionally a set of yoga blocks.
In Yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic practices, the Sacral Chakra, Svadhisthana, translates to 'the dwelling place of the self'.
The Sacra Chakra is believed to govern themes of emotional flow, intimacy, joy and creativity.
This yoga class is designed to help you connect with the energy of the Sacral Chakra through a range of asanas (poses), and emerge feeling more energised, connected and creative. Join me for an hour of mindful movement, in a tranquil and bliss outdoor setting. 🧘
