Join me for a yoga class designed to help you reconnect mind, body and breath - focused on the Crown Chakra. 🤍
This class is open to adults (18+) of any level, please bring along your own yoga mat, and optionally a set of yoga blocks.
In Yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic practices, the Crown Chakra - Sahasrara - translated to 'thousand-petaled' or 'thousand-fold', as the Crown Chakra is often visualised as a thousand-petaled lotus located at the top of the head.
The Crown Chakra is also believed to govern spiritual awakening, individual connection to the divine, wisdom and overcoming of the ego.
This yoga class is designed to help you connect with the energy of the Crown Chakra through a range of asanas (poses), and emerge feeling more connected, humble and full of gratitude. Join me for an hour of mindful movement, in a tranquil and bliss outdoor setting. 🧘
